Drama Goblin ???

Assalamualaikum,

Goblin? Hah. sebut goblin msti kita terbayang kan rupa mcm ni:

Kan??? mesti that image kan keluar kat minda kita. TAPI, hari ni nak ckap Goblin versi Korea . Cite ni antara yg tengah meletop sekarang ni kerana jalan cerita nya yg "osem" . Yg goblin  versi korea ni jauh beno beza nya. Sampai page FB ada buat comparison Goblin mat saleh vs Goblin korea.



haha. i currently watching this drama. seronok jgak , Goblin ni seem interesting to watch sbab saya tak suka sngat citer kalau duk citer bab cinta je... mcm citer goblin ni more on fantasy tale. 

citer ni sebenar nya mengisahkan a goblin who needs a mortal bride to ends his immortal life. Kiranya isteri yg dia kena cari tu berfungsi sebagai perungkai sumpahan keatas si goblin tu. 
lepas tu muncul la watak perempuan ni claimed to be the goblin's bride, who actually to be killed by a grim reaper.. yg grim reaper ni plak stays together gan goblin. Tragis gak kan jlan citer dia. this is actually make the story interesting. 
One more thing, the ost for this drama juga sangat sedap. mcm sebelum ni saya dah ada buat entry pasal one of the main song sang by Punch ft Chanyeol (Exo). "click here"

kali ni jumpa satu lg lagu best yg di jdikan soundtrack utk drama ni . kalau korang dengar mesti jatuh hati, this song was beautifully composed sesuai dengan tajuk lagu nya " Beautiful" nyanyian oleh Crush.

Online Training with Jordan Yeoh (Day 1)

Assalamualaikum, everyone!!!

Auuu chakkk!!!

haha, saja nk gurau pagi2 ni. I guess all of u still remember that i promise to share the tips n routine given to me during online training with Jordan Yeoh (JY).

This train is up to 5 session a week. This training actually require me to use gym equipment such as basic barbells/dumbells with benches, squat rack, etc. however i do not even have any of those items. berhuhu la....sebab nak jd fit, slim meling,  i said to myself, "hadi even though u dont have any gym equip, u cant' make it as an excuse. u can still workout from home and make it happen (jd kurus)."

Mr JY also stressed on  a commitment. I must commit to the next 90 days. Why 90 days? It’s the amount of timenecessary to make it into a habit. Motivation is what gets you started.
Habit is what makes it permanent.

The Training Outline:
It’s going to be a mixture of weights training and bodyweights training.
This is ideal for people who want to build muscles. One of the best ways to
build muscles is through weights where else bodyweights training is a great
type of workout that elevate metabolism and burn massive calories in short
amount of time to get rid of stubborn fats.
Here’s what it would look like:

Day 1 - Upper Body (chest, back, biceps, triceps)
Day 2 - Bodyweight fat burning workout (full body)
Day 3 - Lower Body + Shoulder
Day 4 - Rest Day ;)
Day 5 - Upper Body (chest, back, biceps, triceps)
Day 6 - Bodyweight fat burning workout (full body)
Day 7 - Rest Day
Day 8 - Repeat Day 1


So, today is Day 1 of a brand new beginning. It’s upper body day. I am going to be working on my Chest, Back, Biceps and Triceps.
Mr coach already list out the routine involving upper part of body.

Berkelah Kuantan Pahang

Assalamaualaikum, sahabat2 alam maya.

Dalam masa 4 tahun belajar kt UIA kuantan sempat la kenal tempat2 sekitarnya. Indeed, kuantan memang kaya dngan khazanah alam dia. Sebut je TelukCempedak, Cherating, bukit panorama kompem warga kuantan tahu.

InsyaAllah entri kali ni nak share pengalaman berjungle trekking di "Berkelah , Kuantan"
Masa tu, tahun terakhir as IIUM student. Orang cakap time tu la nk spend masa sepenuh nya, create the beautiful memory as much as we can gittew.

Dari kampus kami, Uia kuantan, perjalanan mengambil masa around 45 min nk ke Berkelah . lpas smpai tu, kena jalan kaki dalm setengah jam baru smpai  lokasi utama utk memulakan expedisi hiking n jungle trek tu.

menarik nye disini, ia ada 7 stages semua. n every stage tu ada, waterfall. Subhanallah, tempat dia memang "TERSANGAT" lawa. we capture some moment overthere, nanti go through la pics kat bawah ye. . even though we reached up to stage 3/4 only, tapi tu pun dah sangat seronok n teruja. InsyaAllah planing nye nk gi lagi this coming March 2017. Highly recommended la utk sesiapa nk dtng ke Berkelah ni. it is worth!!!!




































Turun 4kg dlm masa seminggu O.o... wow

Apa khabar semua? moga sihat2 sokmo ye. sebut perihal kesihatan , saya ada terbaca satu post di facebook mengenai "jus kurus". menarik perhatian saya. ye la kan sebab dah jd anak buntal rase, so i want to get my shape back. #getfit .

Elakkan Strok- Cara-cara mandi yang betul


Assalamualaikum kawan2, sahabat2 alam maya sekalian, salam saiyyidul ayyam. InsyaAllah, di hari Jumaat penuh barokah ini kita sama2 ye, perbnyakkan selawat ke atas junjungan Nabi Muhammad S.A.W. Last week, i hv read an article posted on fb. Artikel tu menarik perhatian sya...rasa mcm patuh share dgn anda2 semua...moga jd manfaat buat kita bersama. (Kredit: Salman Arob)


Untuk renungan.....

kita selalu dengar orang jatuh dibilik mandi dan kena stroke dan sebagainya. Kenapa kita jarang dengar jatuh ditempat tempat lain? 
.
Semasa saya hadir kursus gaya hidup sehat , seorang penceramah professor uitm yang juga terlibat dengan majlis sukan negara menasihatkan supaya semasa mandi jangan basahkan kepala dulu, basahkan bahagian badan. 
.
Ini kerana apabila kepala basah dan sejuk, darah semua akan mengalir ke kepala untuk memanaskan kepala , logik 'warm blooded human' dan jika ada saluran darah sempit, mungkin boleh menyebabkan saluran darah pecah. 
.
Ini kerapkali berlaku di bilik mandi. Sila sebarkan agar lebih ramai sedar dan mungkin dapat membantu mengelakkan kejadian ini.
.
1. Bermula dari segayung siramkan di telapak kaki.
.
2. Segayung di betis.
.
3. Segayung di paha.
.
4. Segayung di perut.
.
5. Segayung di bahu.
.
6. Berhentilah sejenak 5-10 saat.
.
πŸ‘‰Kita akan merasakan seperti wap/ angin yang keluar dari ubun-ubun bahkan meremang, setelah itu lanjutkan dengan mandi seperti biasa.
.
Hikmahnya: Seperti pada gelas yang diisi air panas kemudian kita isi dengan air sejuk. Apa yang terjadi? Gelas akan retak !!!
.
🚿Jika tubuh kita .... apa yang retak?
Suhu tubuh kita cenderung panas dan air itu sejuk, maka yang terjadi jika kita mandi langsung menyiram pada badan atau kepala, angin yang harusnya keluar jadi terperangkap atau boleh membawa maut kerana pecahnya pembuluh darah.
.
🚿Maka sebab itu kita sering menjumpai orang jatuh di bilik mandi tiba-tiba kena 'stroke'. Boleh jadi kita sering masuk angin kerana cara mandi kita yang salah. Boleh jadi kita sering migrain kerana cara mandi yang salah.
.
🚿Cara mandi ini baik bagi semua peringkat umur terutama yang mempunyai sakit diabetes, darah tinggi, kolesterol dan migrain/sakit kepala sebelah. In shaa Allah..

Resipi Ayam Goreng Ala KFC

Assalamualaikum,
Jom kita sama buat resipi ni, Ayam Goreng ala KFC. Buat sendiri, boleh save budget n dpt mkan dlm kuantiti yg banyak. haha... Resipi dipetik dr FB Resipi Orang Kampung.



Resepi Ayam Goreng Ala KFC
Perap untuk sejam:
1 ekor ayam potong
7 ulas bawang putih tumbuk
2 sudu besar serbuk cili (kalau nak lagi pedas boleh tambah 2 sudu lagi)
1 sudu serbuk kari ayam
secubit ajinamoto
secubit soda bikarbonat
garam 2 sudu teh
air sedikit nak bagi rempah senang serap
Bahan untuk tepung salut :
2 cawan tepung jagung
1/2 cawan tepung gandum
1 sudu serbuk cili (atas citarasa masing-masing)
garam secukup rasa
secubit soda bikarbonat
1biji telur
Cara-cara:
1. Perap ayam 1 jam dengan bahan-bahan
perap tadi.
2. Selepas itu pukul telur ,golek ayam dalam telur, supaya senang tepung nak lekat pada ayam.
3. Selepas itu letak tepung dan bahan-bahan lain dalam
bekas yang ada penutup goncang-goncang bagi sebati, letak ayam yang dah dsalut
telur tadi dalam bekas tu,tutup bekas, kemudian goncang bagi tepung salut
rata . .tidak mengotorkan tangankan?
4. Langkah terakhir goreng ayam dalam periuk, biar ayam
tenggelam dalam minyak yang panas. Dalam 15 minit masak dan hidangkan

COMMUNICABLE DISEASE: MALARIA

Assalamualaikum,
Today im gonna share about mosquito-borne infectious disease (MALARIA). It is caused by parasites of the species plasmodium. It is widespread in tropical and subtropical regions, including parts of North & South America, Asia, n Africa. This disease transmitted by the bite of a female Anopheles mosquito (the disease's vector).

The life cycle of Malaria

MALARIA CYCLE
 1)Infected mosquito bites human

2)Parasite rapidly goes to the liver within 30 minutes.
 
3)The parasite starts reproducing rapidly in the liver, some parasites (from the ovale and vivax species of malaria) lie dormant in the liver, to reactivate and cause diseases often long after the initial infection

4)This gets into the blood stream, attaches and enters red blood cells. Further reproduction occurs

5)Infected red blood cells burst, infecting other blood cells

6)This repetitive cycle causes fever and depletes the body of oxygen-carrying red blood cells. Additionally, infected red blood cells clog up the circulation in vital organs such as the brain and kidney.
 
 
7)As infection progresses, sexual forms of the parasite (gametocycles) are released into the blood stream. When a mosquito bites, it takes up these gametocycles and the cycle of infection is perpetuated placing others at risk.

THE SPECIES
The disease is caused by four species of protozoa
a. Plasmodium falciparum (malignant tertian)
  · This is considered as the most serious malarial infection because of the development of high      parasitic densities in blood (RBC) with tendency to agglutinate and form into microemboli
  · This is most common in the Philippines
b. Plasmodium vivax (Benign tertian)
  · This is nonlife threatening except for the very young and the old
  · It is manifested by chills every 48 hours on the 3rd day onward especially if untreated
c. Plasmodium malariae (Quartan)
  · It is less frequently seen
  · This specie is nonlife threatening
  · Fever and chills usually occur every 72 hours usually on the 4th day after onset
d. Plasmodium ovale
  . is the rare type of protozoan species
  · This is rarely seen in the Philippines



THE SYMPTOMS
Headache
Fatigue
Abdominal discomfort
Muscle and joint pain
Fever
Chills
Vomiting
Worsening malaise


PREVENTION & CONTROL
Malaria cases should be reported
A screening of all infected persons from mosquitoes is important
Mosquito breeding places must be destroyed
Homes should be sprayed with effective insecticides which have residual actions on the walls
Mosquito nets should be used especially when in infected areas
Insect repellents must be applied to the exposed portion of the body
People living in malaria-infected areas should not donate blood for at least three years
Blood donors should be properly screened.
